Since 1919<\/strong> the terrecotte Poggi Ugo<\/strong> has been a milestone in the production of the famous Impruneta terracotta.
\nRespecting ancient traditions, Antonella and Lorenzo Andrei<\/strong> – grandchildren of Cavalier Ugo Poggi<\/strong> – together with a large team of skilled craftsmen<\/strong>, look resolutely to the future, anticipating lines and shapes that best represent the tastes of the contemporary public.
\nThe desire to improve has led them to collaborate with designers<\/strong>, architects<\/strong>, artists<\/strong> and sculptors<\/strong> to bring craftsmanship<\/strong> closer to art<\/strong>.
\nRespect for the environment<\/strong> has always been part of the Poggi Ugo culture: from the extraction of the clay,<\/strong> which comes exclusively from the company’s own quarry (next to the kiln), through the manual processing phases<\/strong>, to the firing in the kiln, attention to a sustainable and circular production<\/strong> cycle has always been fundamental.
\nThe processing of each product<\/strong> is done by hand<\/strong> using traditional techniques by master craftsmen who learn the art of terracotta directly in the kiln.
\nMore than 1,600 products<\/strong> are produced: from the antique style<\/strong> – including artistic reproductions and models characteristic of the 1900s – to the more linear and contemporary forms<\/strong>, with truly designer furnishings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Poggi Ugo terracotta kiln<\/strong> can create reproductions<\/strong>, patterned items<\/strong>, custom-made pieces<\/strong> and even personalized products on request<\/strong>, thanks to its in-house design studio<\/strong>.
