It has been a month since the fair<\/b> dedicated to the home world Maison & Objet<\/b> and our return to Tuscany.<\/p>

The one in Paris<\/b> was an important opportunity to meet with a large number of the public<\/b>, a moment of confrontation vis \u00e0 vis with a multitude of people: architects<\/b>, interior designers<\/b>, retailers<\/b>, and buyers<\/b> from all over the world<\/b> who came to France to steal trends and inspirations<\/b>.<\/p>

For us, it was an invaluable moment of exchange<\/b>, where we had the opportunity to learn about the ideas<\/b> and requests<\/b> of end customers<\/b> who turn to professionals to furnish the most diverse spaces: hotels<\/b>, restaurants<\/b>, city residences<\/b> or properties<\/b> in vacation<\/b> spots.<\/p>

All the stories<\/b> we heard had one common denominator<\/b>: more and more people<\/b> are tending toward <\/b>a return to natural materials<\/b> that can last<\/b>.<\/p>

This is one of the reasons why people are interested in terracotta<\/b>.<\/p>

Another thing<\/b> that is sought after is originality<\/b> and the ability to customize<\/b> a project<\/b>, a space<\/b>, in order to<\/b> meet the requests<\/b> of even the most demanding clients<\/b>.<\/p>

For these reasons too, the wall panels of i pannelli murali della collezione <\/strong>Land collection<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/a> have been very successful.<\/p>

At Maison & Objet<\/b>, the booth<\/b> had walls decorated with <\/b>Palm Canvas<\/b><\/a> \u00a0and Infinite Geometry<\/b><\/a> panels<\/b>; the reception desk<\/b> was also covered with the same panels<\/b>. These decorative elements caught the attention of many visitors<\/b> who immediately grasped the aesthetic sense<\/b> of this proposal.<\/p>

Florence<\/b> is world-famous for its typical red roofs<\/b> made of terracotta bricks from Impruneta<\/b>, that same red that is often found in Tuscan farmhouses<\/b>, characterized by beautiful walls<\/b> -composed of the same bricks<\/b> – used without plaster and left in plain sight. \n \nFrom this inspiration<\/b> we started with the reinterpretation<\/b>: using terracotta<\/b> to create<\/b> decorative panels<\/b> so as to bring the warmth of terracotta back<\/b> to the walls<\/b>.<\/p>

In creating the design of the panels, we tried to reinterpret terracotta<\/b> with a contemporary, urban<\/b> philosophy<\/b> and with a strong cosmopolitan connotation<\/b>, stepping out of<\/b> our comfort zone – the Tuscan tradition<\/b> – to instead encounter designs and geometries<\/b> that are inspired<\/b> by the idea of a journey<\/b> to distant lands<\/b>, transferring this exotic dimension<\/b> to our everyday spaces.<\/p>

In fact, the wall panels<\/b> were also designed for interior use<\/b>, to open the door to terracotta unexpectedly entering the home<\/b> and being placed on the walls<\/b>, and this time, not on a structural level, but purely aesthetic<\/b> and decorative<\/b>.<\/p>

This is why these new elements attracted the attention of the audience<\/b> attending Maison et Objet<\/i>: all the professionals welcomed this novelty<\/b> with much enthusiasm<\/b>, already giving us feedback<\/b> on<\/b> their possible different use<\/b>.<\/p>

Some people will use them to cover swimming pools<\/b>, others to decorate parts of entrance facades<\/b> – because let’s remember that Impruneta clay<\/b> is still perfect<\/b> for being outside<\/b> in all weather conditions<\/b> – or someone will make benches, using the panels on wooden and iron supports.<\/p>

The imagination can travel without limits<\/b> with these complements, so simple<\/b> is their installation<\/b> and free<\/b> to use<\/b>…<\/p>

Your enthusiasm for these products literally overwhelmed us, so much so that, once we returned home, we decided to embellish a part of our office precisely with the Palm Canvas<\/b><\/a>: composed of six different panels<\/b>, which can be used in composition with each other, they are decorated<\/b> with stylized palm leaves<\/b> – Cycas, Kentia, Butia<\/b> – to travel<\/b> with the mind to faraway places<\/b>…<\/p>

The Infinite Geometry<\/b><\/a>\u00a0 also feature three different<\/b> designs<\/b>, all three-dimensional, which, with their sinuous and repeated shapes<\/b>, transport us to the dunes<\/b> of the desert, or among the waves<\/b> of the sea…<\/p>

But we still have news<\/b> in store about the panels<\/b>, and we will let you know soon<\/b>!<\/p>
