Beehive Shaped Pot – Impruneta Terracotta

Terracotta pot for plants. The slightly flared, almost cylindrical shape gives this pot a harmonious appearance while allowing for the maximum amount of soil relative to its overall volume. This also makes it particularly wind-stable. The beehive-shaped pot has a limited taper, similar to the nursery pots used for plant transfers. This makes it easy to repot plants directly from their original containers without disturbing the root ball. Alternatively, it can be used as a cachepot, holding the original plastic pot inside.

The decorative reliefs are proportioned to the pot’s dimensions, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and making it suitable for classic or historic settings. Available in various sizes, with proportional scaling between them.

Handmade with Impruneta clay, frost-resistant to over -30°C, and exceptionally durable—its shape remains unchanged over time. The terracotta’s breathability, thermal insulation, and gentle release of watering moisture contribute to excellent root and plant health. Over time, it develops a beautiful natural patina.
