Terracotta-“Porcinai” pot with borders. Plant pot. it is an article with the same flaring as the more usual Vase with rims, but with a lowered height. It is suitable for plants that need less soil. Thanks to the thinner rim at the top, it is a very elegant vase. This model, which has always been produced in the Poggi Ugo furnace, was particularly liked by the Florentine architect Pietro Porcinai who often used it in the projects of the gardens he designed. For this reason this vase was dedicated to him. The truncated cone shape of studied proportions makes the vase of excellent aesthetic harmony and also facilitates the flaring of the plant for decanting. Article made in various sizes with proportional increase between the various sizes. Handmade with Impruneta clay, resistant to frost at over -30°C, of excellent durability, the shape remains unchanged over time.
