Leaf Chair

Designed by Masquespacio from Valencia, the leaf chair is a leaf wrapped on itself that forms a beginning of the back with vertical sticks like bamboo opposed to pods in relief in the horizontal direction. The oblique cut is intriguing, but the particularity is also sought in the rigid silipol or terrazzo cushion produced by Mariotti Fulget, in an exclusive assembly of colors for Poggi Ugo, in combination with the warm color of the terracotta. Trunk, Totem seat and Leaf chair are part of the 19 models designed by the Spanish studio Mascquespacio for the 100th anniversary of the Terracotte Poggi Ugo on a project called “Land”, that is, a return to the origins, to the land, by Valentina Guidi Ottobri.
