The violent breaking of this cube was a stimulus to think this time of filling it with blue glass tiles to simulate the water that vertically descends vertiginously and digs into the bowels of the earth. In this case, like a jolting earthquake, it also helped to raise one water table with respect to the other, as if they were the two banks of the canyon: an effect much appreciated by the artist and deliberately highlighted. Another highly decorative ingredient: the binding with braided copper wire, like a corset. Elements of tradition that should never be forgotten, reinterpreted, become something else.
On each side, multiple freehand engravings, like waves, always inspired by water.
It is a unique piece, not reproducible.
