DNA. A cube with its upper perimeter rotated by 90°: this is DNA, a vase that captures light and turns shadow into a sinuous wall. The combination of its two dimensions is made even more contemporary in the ‘grigiolava‘ version, offering an intriguing composition suitable for modern living rooms. The smaller versions, with dimensions of 20×20 cm and a height of 30 cm, can be stacked one upon the other like a twisting column; in this setup, only the top container is planted. By arranging these ‘columns’ of varying heights closer together, incredible movements of light, shadow, and surfaces can be achieved. Another use for the compact small DNA, due to its reduced size, is to fill it with sand for use as an ashtray beside doors or in gardens and balconies.

Handmade with Impruneta clay, frost-resistant down to -30°C, ensuring exceptional durability, maintaining its shape over time. The terracotta’s good breathability, thermal insulation, and gentle release of watering moisture promote excellent root and plant health. With the passing seasons, it develops a beautiful surface patina.
